Returns

FREE UK Returns Policy

We are sure you will be pleased with your purchase.  However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to issue full refund or exchange the product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be notified either by clicking HERE to email us or in writing within 7 working days of receipt of your product to the returns address on your dispatch note and your return should be sent back via a local Post Office using the  *FREEPOST label on your dispatch note within a period of 14 days from receipt.  Returns should be made in their original undamaged packaging and you should obtain a receipt for your posting as we cannot be held liable for returned items lost in the post.

We are unable to accept the return of earrings or hair products due to current Health and Hygiene regulations.
Made to order or personalised products are exempt from our returns/refund policy.

* If your package is heavier than 1kg we will need to arrange courier collection or you may drop off at your closest courier Parcelshop when instructed.

Incorrect, damaged or faulty items are fully exchangeable.  Please ensure you request a proof of posting when sending.  We will exchange the item upon receipt.  If exchange is not possible a full refund will be issued.

In the event that the returned item invalidates any original offer, any subsequent refund will be adjusted accordingly. Should you choose a non standard method of delivery postage you will only be refunded the standard amount.

Please allow 3-5 days following confirmation for refunds to appear back on your card. Refunds will be confirmed by email on receipt of the return and processed within a period of no more than 14 days. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights.

Returns from outside of the UK & Northern Ireland

In the case that you are returning items from outside of the UK & Northern Ireland we advise that an appropriate trackable method of return should be used. The cost of return for orders outside of the UK and Northern Ireland is only refundable in the case of incorrect, damaged or faulty items. In this case you should inform us of the cost of return to our returns address (if it is not already shown on the return packaging) and we will arrange refund to your payment method.
